The N.J. Chamber also Elected Four New Board Members

Ralph Izzo, former president and CEO, and outgoing chairman, of PSEG, and former chairman of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, has been named an honorary lifetime member of the Chamber Board, N.J. Chamber President Tom Bracken announced.

"Ralph served on our Board with great distinction, is extremely supportive of our work as an organization, and was one of the premier CEOs during my time in New Jersey," Bracken said. "He has done it with credibility, commitment and the utmost humility."

Izzo, a prominent and well-respected executive in New Jersey, also served as chairman of the Rutgers University Board of Governors and was recently inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame.

In the Chamber’s 111 years, only 14 people achieved the status of honorary lifetime member, Bracken said.

New Members of the N.J. Chamber’s Board of Directors

The New Jersey Chamber Board also elected four new executives to its Board of Directors at its meeting on Dec. 13.

The new board members are:

  • Samuel L. Donelson, senior vice president, AECOM
  • Kim C. Hanemann, president & COO, PSEG
  • Jonathan Hirshfeld, New Jersey managing partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers
  • Patrick Migliaccio, senior vice president & COO, New Jersey Natural Gas

"We welcome these respected leaders to the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors," Bracken said. "Each of them brings a wealth of business experience that will strengthen our Board and help us achieve our goal of growing New Jersey's economy and making the state more affordable for everyone."

The Chamber's Board of Directors provides the guidance necessary for the N.J. Chamber to promote a vibrant business climate throughout the state, and to develop proactive solutions that will solve the challenges facing New Jersey's business community.
